Yes. Recurring celebrations are one of the two ways companies work with us. You can hand over a birthday calendar and we'll prepare, deliver, and set up each moment on a consistent standard rather than starting from scratch every time.
Which cities do you currently serve?
Riyadh is our delivery and setup base today. If your event is elsewhere in the Kingdom, submit the brief with the city and we'll confirm whether we can cover it.
How far in advance should we contact you?
Earlier is always better, particularly for national occasions when demand concentrates around the same dates. Send the brief as soon as the occasion is on your calendar and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Can the event match our company branding?
Yes. You can share colors, brand guidelines, and reference images in the brief, and the visual direction is developed around your identity rather than a fixed template.
Can Twinkle work with our existing venue?
Yes. If you already have a venue or you're hosting in your own offices, we plan the setup around that space. Tell us the venue status in the brief.
